Technological advances in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries have grown and expanded over the last few years. From surgery interventions that offer less invasive and faster recovery times, to the use of robotic-assisted surgery for the spine and knee to the use of laser treatment for pain reduction and the Platelet-Rich Plasma to enhance healing. Knowing how to determine if these options and interventions are appropriate for your patients/claimants is going to be the key focus of this conference. Explore with each of our speakers the evaluation process of determining appropriate candidates and the outcomes and benefits of these technologies. Hear through patient testimonies the impact that these technologies have had on their treatment and healing process. The conference will wrap up with discussion of Everyday Ethics differentiating between ethics and morals and providing a process to identify a framework for ethical decision making.
